Membership Policy

At Community Motherhood, we believe support should feel steady, welcoming, and easy to access. Our monthly membership is designed to offer consistent connection, resources, and care—while honoring the ever-changing seasons of motherhood.

Community Motherhood memberships operate on a monthly subscription basis. Members receive access to exclusive offerings such as: discounted classes and events, digital resources, and ongoing community support. Membership benefits may vary by tier and are subject to change as Community Motherhood grows and evolves to best meet the needs of families.

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew on the same date each month. By enrolling, you authorize Community Motherhood to charge the monthly membership fee to your selected payment method. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

 

Memberships may be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting Community Motherhood directly. Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Once canceled, membership access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or benefits within a billing period.
We understand that needs shift—there is no penalty or guilt attached to stepping away. At this time, memberships cannot be paused. Members are encouraged to cancel and rejoin when it feels supportive to do so.

Refund Policy: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. This includes missed events, unused benefits, or changes in personal availability. If Community Motherhood must cancel or significantly alter a membership benefit due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate transparently and offer appropriate alternatives when possible.

Member Conduct & Community Care:
Community Motherhood is a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. By joining, members agree to:
Treat others with kindness, respect, and compassion
Honor differing experiences, identities, and parenting journeys
Maintain confidentiality within group settings
Community Motherhood reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if behavior compromises the safety or well-being of the community. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Community Motherhood may update membership benefits, pricing, or policies as our programs grow. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance whenever possible.
