About Our Support Groups
Our Groups
Our groups are 1 - 1.5 hrs in length. The first 20 minutes is providing information, education, and establishing group guidelines. The remaining time is “talk time,” in which group members share and talk with each other.
Group Guidelines
Community Motherhood is a parent-to-parent peer support group with the goal of providing a safe, caring and non-judgmental space for mothers to share about their experience with parenting.
With this in mind, we ask each person who attends group to honor the following guidelines:
No judgement
Support, not advice-giving
Confidentiality
No debates about parenting styles/choices

Your donation helps provide support to mothers in need.
$5 - $10
Covers the cost of a support group session, offering moms a safe space to connect, share, and find encouragement.
$25 - $50
Funds a postpartum mother’s helper service (1-2 hours), giving a new mom the extra hands she needs to rest, recover, and care for her baby.
