Making Peace With Your Postpartum Body

This body grew life. This body deserves gentleness.


Ways to Practice Body Kindness:


  • Look in the mirror and say one kind thing daily

  • Wear clothes that feel good (not just “flattering”)

  • Thank your body for what it’s done: “Thank you, arms, for holding my baby.”

  • Move in joyful ways (dance, stretch, walk)

  • Rest when you need rest


Your worth has never lived in your appearance.


Your worth lives in your heart, your love, your presence.
