Ways to Practice Body Kindness:
Look in the mirror and say one kind thing daily
Wear clothes that feel good (not just “flattering”)
Thank your body for what it’s done: “Thank you, arms, for holding my baby.”
Move in joyful ways (dance, stretch, walk)
Rest when you need rest
Your worth has never lived in your appearance.
Your worth lives in your heart, your love, your presence.
