Mom guilt will tell you: “Good moms never take breaks.”

Mom wisdom says: “Good moms know they need them.”


You are not a bad mom if:


  • You need time alone

  • You love going to work

  • You miss your pre-baby life sometimes

  • You feel touched-out

  • You choose rest over productivity


Let’s Normalize:


  • Moms getting help

  • Moms resting

  • Moms prioritizing mental health

  • Moms honoring their own dreams


The best thing you can give your child is a healthy, whole version of you.
