Small Acts of Self-Care When You Have No Time

Some days, self-care won’t look like a bath or a solo trip to Target. It will look like crumbs on the floor and sticky hands and still, you carving out a tiny piece of your day for you.


Micro Self-Care Moments That Matter:

  • Drinking your coffee while it’s still warm (even once this week)

  • Putting lotion on your hands like a tiny love letter to yourself

  • Changing out of pajamas...or staying in them proudly

  • Texting a friend who makes you laugh

  • Eating something on a plate instead of out of a bag

  • Stepping outside and taking 3 deep breaths
