Therapy, Support Groups, or Mom Friends...What Kind of Support is Right for You?

Updated: Apr 12

Motherhood can feel really lonely sometimes, even when you're never physically alone.

But you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

There are so many beautiful ways to feel supported as a mom, and different seasons might call for different kinds of care.

  • Therapy is a sacred space just for you. A place to unpack your story, your struggles, your fears , and be met with compassion and tools for healing.

  • Support Groups are like a deep exhale. A space to sit in a circle (virtual or in-person) with other moms who nod along and say, “Me too.”

  • Mom Friends are your everyday lifeline. The ones who text back at 2am. Who laugh with you in the mess. Who drop off coffee on your doorstep just because.

You might need one. You might need all three.

Whatever makes you feel seen, safe, and a little more like yourself, that’s the right support for you.

Let yourself receive it. You deserve a village.
