  • Fears that feel huge or out of control

  • Physical signs like a racing heart, tight chest, or trouble sleeping

  • Feeling like you have to be constantly alert or something bad will happen

  • Avoiding outings, visitors, or even basic tasks out of overwhelm

  • Intrusive thoughts that feel scary or disturbing
